Shipping and Returns

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders the next working day and guarantee dispatch within three working days. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you immediately. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery.

For special delivery next day we will do our best to send out your order within 1 day. Special delivery is guaranteed to arrive faster – your order will be sent Royal Mail special delivery® next day and should arrive within 48 hours of us sending it.

All your purchases will be well protected and sensibly packaged. Note that we endeavor to recycle all packaging that comes our way. Please let us know if you would like new packaging, if your order is a gift for example – and we will wrap it in new packaging instead.

Shipping Charges – UK

Most items are shipped by Royal Mail First Class.

Orders under the value of £25 will Be charged a flat rate of £3.50

Orders over £25 qualify for free shipping.
Please provide a delivery address, if you know you will be out, where packages can be received. If an order has been returned to us there will be a re-delivery charge of £4.95.

Shipping charges for Europe and the rest of the World can be seen in our shopping cart. Simply choose your country and click the update button, the cost of shipping to your country will be shown.

We try very hard to keep our impact as low as possible where packaging is concerned. We make a large effort to reuse everything that is sent to our premises so most of the packaging we use is recycled from our suppliers. This helps to greatly reduce the amount of packaging we buy every year.
Where possible we do not use plastic, either in the form of protective packaging or tape. We have moved to a more environmentally friendly paper based tape and if we do use plastic in the form of bubble wrap it is able to be recycled

Product Stock Levels

We try to keep all stock levels up to date, and display expected delivery times as guides only. In most cases Cool Earth Bottles will dispatch an item within or before the estimates given for a product. If for any reason there is a delay we will keep you well informed and up to date with your order at all times.

Returns and Replacements

We have a No Quibbles Return Policy
What are No Quibbles Returns?

Cool Earth Bottles operates a No Quibbles Returns policy.

This means that all returns where the goods are received in the condition in which they were sent and unused, regardless of reason for the return, are entitled to a refund or exchange as long as the goods are returned to us within 28 days. The cost of postage for return will be borne by the customer.

The refund or exchange will then be dealt with free of charge providing they are for a product or products of the same original order value.

How to Return Goods

When you wish to return an item please be sure to include your name, address, contact details and your order number.

Please tell us why you are returning the item so we can quickly deal with your return.

For any returns please obtain proof of posting which you can ask for at the post office.

Please note: We can take no responsibility, and cannot therefore accept returns or process replacements, for any goods lost or damaged on their way back to us.

Cost of returning will be paid by the customer unless the item is faulty in which case the cost of postage will be refunded by us.

For returns from Europe and beyond the return postage payment will be borne by the customer.
